Vino Spumante Extra Dry

Made from a selection of white grapes typical of Salento, Notte Rossa Spumante Extra Dry is a fresh Spumante Charmat method. Ideal for special occasions, for a casual aperitivo or simply to pair with a nice fish or seafood first course.

Salento, Puglia. The altitude is about 100 m above sea level, and the climate is characterised by high temperatures throughout the year, rare precipitation and a wide temperature range. Mixed soil, tending to limestone

The grapes are pressed softly, and the first fraction of the must is fermented at a low temperature. The refermentation takes place in an autoclave, where the wine remains on its lees for about a month. Subsequent temperature-controlled ageing in bottle

Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish highlights; fine, persistent perlage. Intense and fragrant on the nose; fine floral notes, yellow-fleshed and exotic fruits, combined with touches of Mediterranean scrub. Harmonious and elegant on the palate, it captivates with a good smoothness supported by a lively and fresh sip
