Full bodied red wine made with 100% Syrah grapes, international variety that adapted successfully to the pedoclimatic conditions of Salento. Aged in stainless steel tanks so as to preserve the fuity note, the hints of Mediterranean maquis and of the natural distinctive spiciness of the grape. It pairs well with rich first courses, pasta with tomato sauce, red meat and spicy cheeses.
