Susumaniello Salento IGP

Ancient red grape from Salento, the Susumaniello had been doomed for years to a destiny of blending grape. Once rescued, it has seized the hearts of the modern wine lovers thanks to the pleasant red fruit notes and spicy touches of its bouquet, as well as its elegance. Barrel-aged just enough to make it slightly softer and ideal to pair with rich first courses of land based cuisine, grilled meat, roasts, aged cheese.
