Primitivo Salento IGP

Made from 100% Primitivo grapes, this red wine aged in stainless steel tanks expresses all those varietal notes, from ripe red fruit to Mediterranean herbs. A full bodied and soft red wine which at the same time is very easy to drink and to pair. It goes well with savoury first courses, red meat and game, mature cheese.

Un 100% Primitivo affinato in acciaio che sprigiona tutte le sfumature olfattive varietali, dalla frutta rossa matura alle erbe mediterranee. Un rosso morbido e corposo ma allo stesso tempo di facile beva che si abbina a primi piatti robusti, carni rosse e formaggi a pasta dura.

VINIFICAZIONE E AFFINAMENTO

Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days with selected yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE

Deep ruby red with violet reflections, intense aroma, fruity with notes of prunes and cherry, spicy with rosemary and vanilla scent. A full-bodied wine, soft and balanced, easy to drink.
